Meeting with Lawyers from Jiangsu, PRC
K.C. Ho & Fong received a twelve member secondment delegation from Jiangsu Province in July 2004. Xu Yanqing being one of the twelve did actually stay with us for 4 weeks to go through a secondment program arranged by the Hong Kong Law Society and Jiangsu Lawyers Association. The secondment program was useful to provide us a good foundation for better working relationship and cooperation between the two areas. This video clip lasts for about 3 minutes showing our meeting and luncheon in July which capture some of the climax of the events.
Approval to set up a Representative Office
K.C. Ho & Fong have obtained an approval from the Ministry of Justice to set up a Representative Office in Guangzhou, PRC on 18 January 2004. Our representatives, Mr. Casey Ho, Mr. Junius Ho and Ms. Angela Wong went to Beijing to obtain the Certificate from the Ministry of Justice.
